After an impressive EURO, in which our national futsal team reached the quarter-finals for the first time in its history, the Red Devils Futsal are ready to write a new chapter. With qualification for the 2028 Futsal World Cup at stake, there is even more to play for. Belgium could make history by qualifying for a Futsal World Cup for the first time ever.

On Wednesday 21 October, the Red Devils Futsal will face a familiar opponent at Lotto Arena. They will take on Slovenia, a team they know well after facing them at this year’s EURO.

In their second group match at the EURO, Belgium narrowly lost 4-5 after a fiercely contested encounter. The two teams were closely matched, setting the stage for another exciting clash in Antwerp. The Red Devils Futsal will also be determined to make amends.

With the home crowd behind them, Belgium will be looking to make a strong start to their qualifying campaign and take an important first step towards the 2028 Futsal World Cup.
