Lockers and practical information

Lotto Arena in Antwerp doesn't have a cloakroom, so your coat and belongings go in a small or large locker in the foyer, available from when the doors open until just after the show. If you're coming by bike or motorcycle, or have a backpack that isn't allowed inside, use the large lockers at the bike parking on the Vaart parking lot, to the right of AFAS Dome. The main entrance is on the street side, with the box office to its left.

The main entrance to the Lotto Arena is accessible via the street. If you are standing in front of the main entrance, the ticket office is on your left. Please see the plan below for more information.

Lockers

Lockers in the foyer

Lotto Arena does not have a cloakroom. You can store your coat and other belongings in a small or a large locker:

Small locker: 25H x 30W x 45D (8 euros)
Large locker: 50H x 30W x 45D (11 euros)

Lockers are available from the opening of the doors until a little after the end of the event.

Lockers on car park Vaart

Do you have larger items with you, such as a bike helmet or heavy motorcycle gear, or items that aren’t allowed inside the venue? You can store these in the large lockers at the bike parking area at Vaart parking, to the right of AFAS Dome.

Large locker: 47H x 45W x 77D (11 euros)
Extra large locker: 64H x 45W x 77D (15 euros)

Select the size of the locker on the screen and follow the instructions.

You can access the lockers throughout the entire show.

Please note! For some night events, the organizer is responsible for the lockers, which means other rates and arrangements may apply.

Several people put their belongings in a locker.

Opening of the doors

Information on timings can be found on the event page a few days before the event. The doors usually open one and a half hours before the start of the event. From then on you can go to the bars for a snack and a drink.

Access to the venue

Show your own ticket at the entrance, not someone else’s: scanning goes faster that way. Is your ticket on your phone? Turn the brightness all the way up and make sure the screen isn’t cracked.

Only an A4-size handbag is allowed inside, and a number of items have to stay outside. The bag policy, the list of prohibited items and the exceptions for medical reasons are on the Safety page: house rules, bags and prohibited items.
